This exhibit features seven artists in different regions of the state whose work expands the viewer’s understanding and appreciation of contemporary art.  In each region, the work offers opportunities to grow in knowledge of what is being produced in Texas art today and introduces the breadth of production of these artists.  Artist talks with curators and gallery dealers who represent the work of these contemporary artists help provide insight into the ways that artists connect back to their communities through education, public art and their work.  The exhibit will occur biannually and feature an artist from our immediate region alongside artists from other parts of the State of Texas.  The featured artists include:
